To learn more about real-world operations within different industries, each team is expected to conduct
‘ research on one employer (for-profit, non-profit) of their choice. The team must agree on which employer
they will be researching and submit the name of that employer to Brightspace by March 29th. The team will
produce a minimum 3-page report on information including, but not limited to: departments, roles/positions,
organizational structure, hiring trends over past three years, promotion opportunities, career
development/training policies. In addition to online research, Each team must submit the company name
(not the name of the person) that they will be researching
