1. Determine a problem in your community that interferes with the “public good”.
   Explain why you consider this issue a “problem.”
2. Find (atleast)two academic sources(i.e. journal articles)that provide insightinto

   b. State any statistics that are important to your problem

3. Determine what additional information should be known about your community.
   a. Conduct a survey of atleast 50 members of your community (more is better)
   that helps provide insight into the problem.
   i. Ask atleast one questionwhose answeris a qualitative(categorical)
   variable and two questions whose answer is a quantitative
   (numerical) variable.
   ii. Explain the shortcomings oftheway that you conducted yoursurvey or
   how you provided a simple random sample.
   iii. Reportthe results of yoursurvey using appropriate statistical
   Techniques
