These days, there are many retailers that are going out of business. However, other businesses are doing very well. Think of some other retail businesses (should be an actual business, it could be online or offline) that is expanding or setting up new locations (could be retail, warehouse or distribution). For example, Amazon, Lidl, Wegman's and Aldi are few retailers that are expanding these days. Another interesting retailer to think about is Trader Joe since they are very picky about where they set up shop.
