All of us remember the terrible tragedy involving the bombing in Boston in 2013. (If you haven't seen the movie
"Patriot's Day" I highly recommend it to you.) Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was found guilty on April 8, 2015 on all thirty
counts of the indictment. He appealed that decision and the attached opinion, from July of this year, from the
First Circuit Court of Appeals , reversed certain portions of his sentence.
