Rhetoric Analysis

Write: Select an ad (not one mentioned in the reading or analyzed on a web site) and analyze it using the terms described by Carroll and listed in the lecture. The length should be four complete pages (minimum of 401wor ds). On a separate page, include the Works Cited information for the advertisement and any other sources that you use. Don't think of this paper as a draft; instead, make it the best you can. After receiving feedback from the instructor, you will be able to revise this paper. The better you do on this submission, the less you will need to work next week.
Formatting information for all submissions: Each essay should be typed in double-spaced, 12point, Times New Roman font on 8 1/2 x 1 ages with mar gins of 1inch t op and bottom and 1inch left and right. All other variables that affect length (character spacing, etc.) should be set to the default. Please remember that we are following the conventions of printed pages for English: indenting the first line of each paragraph and not spacing an extra line. In addition to the assigned number pages for the body of the paper, the paper should have a title page listing the name of the paper, the student’s name, the date, and the course number. The instructor can read these documents best if they are composed or saved in Word 210 format (it has the docx suffix). If y ou is using another software, please save in the Word format.
You do not need to write a title page, but your name and the title of the assignment should be in the upper left-hand corner of the paper, and the paper should have a title centered before the text begins. The paper should conform to MLA guidelines, and poor proofreading, mechanics, and grammar will be detrimental to a student’s grade. Any and all forms of plagiarism will be dealt with severely. In the paper, the student will discuss the assigned topic using the assigned writing strategy.
