Before submitting your project for the safety and quality award, please ensure you have the following documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) of project lead
- Project Summary (See questions below)
- One-page abstract. Promissory abstracts will not be considered. Only abstracts of completed projects will be reviewed. Abstract must include 1) project participant names, 2) project title, 3) objective(s), 4) background, 5) methods, 6) data and results, and 7) conclusion. Individuals with projects in process are encouraged to complete data analysis and apply in subsequent years.
