1.  List as many ‘monstrous’ elements in punk rock and punk culture as you can – ‘monstrous’, as seen from the viewpoint of mainstream society. Think about the sounds, sights, tastes, practices, behaviors that you see. Whether you love it or hate it or are indifferent, look at it like an anthropologist or outside observer. 4.  Many punks in the videos come from relatively supportive and well-off families, and are not living in deep poverty or on the margins.
