Self modification project

The goal I personally chose for this essay is to workout more. the target behavior is to exercise for one hour, five days a week. My baseline: I normally only work-out once a week before this project began.
What antecedents and consequences occur before and after the behavior?
Skipping workouts when I am too stressed, tired, busy, or depressed. The consequences lead to me feeling like a failure and unmotivated.
Briefly specify a treatment plan that you will use to modify the antecedents and/or consequences for the
behavior:
Try to increase my levels of energy by sleeping more/better. Also fight off my depression by getting daily
sunlight. Ultimately trying to set myself up for more success.
