Social Issue

  Social Issue   Students will complete a 10-page paper addressing the social issue that 1) contemporize the issue, 2) uses appropriate theories or perspectives from which to analyze the issue and identifies an alternate and/or a conflicting perspective from which the issue may be viewed, 3) contextualizes the issue in multicultural and/or global terms, 4) discusses rights and obligations of citizens in relation to the issue, and 5) identifies opportunities for civic engagement related to the issue. The 10-page (body of paper, not including title and reference pages) paper must be doublespaced, use 12pt Times New Roman font, use 1 inch margins, and follow APA style guidelines
