Follow a company on twitter, Instagram, or Facebook for one week. Pretend you are doing a competitive

analysis for your manager. You may follow one platform, or compare and contrast how the messages are

different between platforms.

Identify the days you followed this brand. Include two sample posts that support your position (copy/paste)

and reference these posts in your text.

Describe how they use social media as a public relations tool in reaching out and engaging customers and

potential customers. How often do they post? What kind of posts?
What do you think they are trying to accomplish? Do you think they did a good job?
How would you improve the post(s)?
Write a memo to your PR director and write in detail your critical analysis of the 'competition.'
