  1. What are the upsides and downsides of using social technologies to form teams - consider the implications
    for people, teams, and organizations? When are these technologies most valuable? When are they
    problematic? When are they both?
  2. What could you, others, do differently when using social technologies to leverage networks to assemble
    teams? What could designers do differently when designing these social technologies? Imagine if MDT used
    its own algorithm to form teams. Would that be better and/or worse - how?
