social work placement Reflection Order Description I was assigned to a primary school as social work placement for community development. Poverty issue is widely discussed in" rel="nofollow">in Elizabeth community and there are some social problems in" rel="nofollow">includin" rel="nofollow">ing domestic violence, alcohol, dugs and so on. My in" rel="nofollow">initial task is to understand the workin" rel="nofollow">ing environments through observation the whole process in" rel="nofollow">in the class, workin" rel="nofollow">ing patterns and all other elements related to human service workers. Firstly, establishment of trust and rapport with the students is the first step of my work in" rel="nofollow">in order to discoverin" rel="nofollow">ing their potential personality in" rel="nofollow">in acts and master completely more regardin" rel="nofollow">ing of their culture and family background before of conduct in" rel="nofollow">interview. I am also tasked with preparin" rel="nofollow">ing some groups plannin" rel="nofollow">ing among their parents (multicultural dad group) under collaboration with the teachers but not start yet. At the same time, field visit and service directory are needed to promote more in" rel="nofollow">interaction with the students parents and school and encourage their participation of the students? activities in" rel="nofollow">in order to developin" rel="nofollow">ing more concern of the students growth and even enhancin" rel="nofollow">ing the in" rel="nofollow">intake to community in" rel="nofollow">in different manner.
