I recently completed a project that involved renovating an old commercial building for my company. We needed to turn the space into a functional and aesthetically pleasing office environment. The project began with assessing the existing condition of the building, both internally and externally. This assessment included inspecting all structural components, electrical systems, heating/cooling systems, plumbing fixtures, roofing elements, and other associated features.
Once we had a clear understanding of the scope of work required and what our goals were for the finished product, we put together a team consisting of architects, engineers and contractors who worked together to develop plans for a new layout that would meet our needs while utilizing as much existing structure as possible.
