Spanish Culture Event

Attend an event in Spanish or mostly in Spanish and about the culture of Spanish speaking countries, territories or areas, and their people. It could also be an event related to the so called Hispanic or Latino Culture here in New York City. The event must be current (not from last year or last semester)! 2 The event may be on or off-campus. 3 The event may be speakers, films, concerts, live music, museum trips, opera, dance, book fairs, etc. No parties, including birthdays parties, weddings, beauty pageants, visits to restaurants, etc. Always, ask me before making a decision. 4 Type out and print a hard copy of a report (summary or review) on the event with the following information: Explain what kind of event you attended; describe the venue and its atmosphere, work of art, music, play, performance, performers, artists, characters involved; its subject, theme, costumes, colors, etc. Also, refer to the characteristics of the audience. State words, phrases or expressions you recognized or learned during the event. The report should consist of at least 20 complex sentences in English and 20 complex sentences in Spanish. For the Spanish part, use the structures and vocabulary you have learned throughout the semester. Bring proof of attendance like a ticket stub.
