Because the ADR(A) (Attack, Defend, Retreat, Avoid) method is applicable in most, if not all, strategic situations, we chose to highlight it in the course. Notwithstanding that fact, there are a variety of other methods used by organizations to achieve intended outcomes.
•Identify, Research and Consider the various strategic methods. Share the names and basic premise of at least three (3) Well documented methods. (Include References). •Select one out of the three methods to Define, and Describe in detail •Compare and contrast the chosen method with the ADR(A) method •Discuss Expectancy and Valence within the context of the chosen method •Define and describe (with rationale) the situations and circumstances in which the chosen method is best used.
