development, a particular psychological disorder, etc.). Research how this topic has
been understood throughout history as well as how it is currently understood. You
have the freedom to choose what aspects of the topic you explore; however, your

B. Historical overview
1. How has this topic been understood throughout history,
particularly by different schools of thought in psychology (e.g.
functionalists, gestalt psychologists, behaviorists, etc.)

Bandura, Horney, James etc.). Research the historical achievements of this
individual as well as how they have contributed to our current understanding of
psychological concepts. You have the freedom to choose what aspects of this
individual you explore; however, your poster could include the following:
