You are a new employee at your county Emergency Management Agency (EMA). Your county suffers a devastatin" rel="nofollow">ing earthquake, knockin" rel="nofollow">ing out the power grid and causin" rel="nofollow">ing
widespread damage to buildin" rel="nofollow">ings and in" rel="nofollow">infrastructure. It is also at the peak of the regular in" rel="nofollow">influenza season. You are assigned as your agency’s liaison to the County
