Survivor-ship issues and strategies

Clarification regarding the number of survivor-ship issues and strategies to be discussed:
The number of survivor-ship issues you identify is your choice; the task guide requires that, for each issue identified - you need to discuss at least one relevant strategy to address that issue. While some may choose to identify one issue and one strategy per domain (physical, psychological, social etc.) you are not required to follow this approach. You are encouraged to choose your own approach based on your knowledge and understanding. Whichever approach you choose, you should of course be guided by the details of John's case study.
Clarification regarding confusion about the citation of Clinical Practice Guidelines:
The Cancer Council Australia resource provided in the Blackboard Case Study Module 3a: Active Treatment (Clinical practice guidelines for the prevention, early detection and management of correctional cancer - Short form summary of NHMRC approved recommendations) IS an appropriate source to guide your critical discussion of evidence/recommended follow-up regimen. Page 2 of this source provides a suggested citation for the PDF document (link below), including the URL location from which it is accessed.

Note, that this ‘wiki platform’ developed by Cancer Council Australia is NOT the same as a ‘Wikipedia’ site, and guidelines obtained from it therefore CAN be used appropriately as a professional source for citation as part of your references.
