Conclusions, again" rel="nofollow">in without personal bias, will in" rel="nofollow">include recommendations for amelioration of any conflict, min" rel="nofollow">inimization of environmental degradation, and maximization of long-term sustain" rel="nofollow">inability of the particular area or resource which is at the center of the debate.
