Individualize activities based on personality leads to decrease stress level and increase in performance.
Usually all employees are given the same professional development activities - but since all employees have
different personalities this may not work for everyone, which is why they should be individualized.
If we create individual professional development activities for employees rather than enforcing the same
strategies for all employees can this decrease work related stress and increase participation, performance and
success?
Based on personalities, we can start by giving personality tests, and taking it from there.
HR can divide employees by personality types…
Also focus on their character & personality.
