Teaching Ethical Decision Making

With reference to “Teaching Ethical Decision Making,” imagine you had to teach a one hour seminar on "teaching ethical decision making to a group of employees over whom you have some authority. (i) Describe the hypothetical business/organization, the kinds of employees working, and your role. (ii) Create a plan for how you would teach the participants to practice in engaging in/practice the virtue of honesty across a range of three further hypothetical situations (to be described by you as well). (iii) Justify (by means of premises and inferential reasoning to a conclusion) your reasoning for why your plan for attempting to practice/instil honesty in each of the three hypothetical situations is a good method. (iv) Anticipate problems with each of the three plans for each of the three scenarios. (v) Taking into account these potential problems (taking them seriously), justify why your method described in (iii) is still a promising method.
