literature review part:
write a one page part in the literature review theoretical background section called " Technology acceptance model and Stimuli". In this part, talk about the technology acceptance model (TAM) from service robots restaurants perspective and its relation to that, and mention that the idea of this study's theoretical framework is based on this model and its looked at from the perspective of how this technology of service robots is accepted and if customers are satisfied with it. Mention also the factors that I used from TAM which are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment. Then after that, write "in addition to the original TAM, we introduced the following factors to support the model for the following reasons …", then mention other factors used and reasons they were chosen, for example, Speed of service: I added this factor because from my personal experience, the waiting time for my drinks to arrive was really important. The robot made and served the drink fast in around one minute. Flexibility: the robot was really flexible in serving the drinks, it can serve more than one drink at once. Trust: when it comes to trust, I did of course trust the robot to serve me the drinks correctly, and I trusted it to serve them with safety and caution. Concerns on safety and social distancing: there was no human contact involved and safety and social distancing was applied, the robot did everything except for putting the lid on the cup which I did at the end by myself. Experience novelty: i felt that i experienced something new and different. Novelty seeking: i have an urge to explore the unknown. You can mention these reasons but without using first person pronouns of course, talk about them in general. then at the end you can write that all these factors were investigated in the restaurants context and they proved their effectiveness anticipating people's acceptance of technology.
Methodology part:
write a one page part in methodology section called "Sampling and data collection". In this part talk about the sampling techniques used (snowball sampling and convenience sampling) and the sample chosen (people who live in Muscat the capital city of Oman). Also talk about how the online survey was distributed, I used many ways including distributing it to my relatives, friends, co-workers and classmates and telling them to refer the survey to everyone they now as well.I also posted the survey link on all my social media accounts like twitter, instagram, snapchat and whatsapp, and i told my friends to do the same on their accounts.I also messaged people who commented on these restaurant's social media accounts and asked them to fill the survey kindly. Another thing i did was telling my friends to refer the survey to their co-workers as well. After that you should talk about the limitations faced during distributing the survey, one of them was the current pandemic and the lockdown in Muscat as it was really difficult to distribute the survey to people during these conditions. Another limitation was that due to the lockdown and the pandemic, not many people were able to visit these restaurants, therefore it was really difficult to collect data because of the lack of finding people who visited these restaurants. Another limitation was the difficulty to reach these robot service restaurants in order to receive support form them to distribute the survey.
