In small groups, students will conduct an inquiry project on any one of the current social issues in the UAE society.
The group will:
a. Conduct one online interview with the relevant authority on the topic.
b. Conduct online survey with no less than 50 individuals
c. Read the appropriate literature on the topic (e.g. Newspapers, Journal Articles).
Project Report 15%
Based on the data collected and library research, students will write a comprehensive report comprising 2000 words. (Facts, causes, effects, UAE government efforts towards the issue and solutions)
The conditions of academic integrity will be applied strictly.
Project Presentation 10%
Groups will make presentations of their project in the class. (Face to face)
Design a Prototype (Individually) 10%
Individual student in the inquiry project group will design a solution for the issue chosen for the project
