Design a leadership workshop using JD Wetherspoons as the organisation of choice to discuss the Dark Side of Leadership. There are many articles on Founder and Chairman of JD Wetherspoon, Tim Martin’s bad leadership and how he dealt with letting staff go during the pandemic, zero hours contracts and ethical issues. Include an Application such as a case study, organisation examples, an exercise/activity or other applied learning opportunity (NB you can assume the learner is completing your workshop on line so you could set the activity and ask them to pause the video before presenting a guided response.) Please include the issues surrounding Covid-19 that presented extremely difficult challenges for the group performance due to work commitments and health issues during the pandemic.
