How these were before and how these are now. Currently, you only mention about HR as functional level strategy but it is very unclear what the other strategies are. 5. Q5 - please develop more about the structure of the company. Try to identify what structure is that is that functional, divisional, etc. 6. In EFAS you've done in Q6, you need to add 2-3 threats to make the factors balanced. as you have 3 Opportunities, you need 3 Threats. So, please add on those and develop it further. Also, in IFAS, add 1 more weakness. Then, with that, re-do your SFAS, by having 2 factors from each element of SWOT and recalculate everything in SFAS.
