The aims of this study were to assess the effectiveness of MRI in women with breast cancer with dense breast, to exhibit the ability of MRI to detect multi-centric and multifocal of cancer in the dense breast, detect the synchronous lesions that occult by other conventional imaging, and we will correlate the findings with histological. In addition, we explore the impact of MRI on changing the surgical plan.
