Could you explain what the difference is between career pathways and paid employment? Alex currently gets paid for his part-time job at the store. All the strategies you provided are wonderful and I wish I could use them in my classroom, but we are limited to campus only. It is hard to think of jobs students can do on campus that will generalize to future employment opportunities, especially when they are not given the opportunity to interact with others. I'm trying to think of a way in which to "pay" them for classroom jobs and the rare few they get to do on campus, but not sure how to go about it. Do you have any expierence with that?
