The structure of the paper should be divided into three parts.
Part I. Brief summary of the document. No more than a short paragraph, say 7 lines. What is the paper about? What is the main topic? How was the analysis conducted? What are the main findings?
Part II. Strengths. What did you find interesting? What did the paper do well? Is there anything in particular that caught your attention?
Part II: Weaknesses: What did the analysis miss? Anything in the empirical implementation that you found unsatisfactory? Would you have done things differently? How? Are any of the results unconvincing? Why?
This is a microeconomic course, so everything should be relative to economic.
