  Question #1: Using the internet, locate available resources to develop teams or groups in an organization. You will find there are many resources available on the Internet for those who want to know more about how to develop teams in organizations. The available resources include books, tapes, videos, training programs, and consulting firms that specialize in helping organizations develop more teamwork. Use the Internet to find some of these available resources. Try to find links to at least three different types of resources that could be used. Go as far as you can to find out what types of help each resource is likely to provide. In your discussion, answer the following: A summary description of each resource and the link. If you were doing this search for a company, which of these resources would you be most likely to recommend to your boss, and why? (strengths, weaknesses,...) Question #2 Identify a person who you feel is a good team/group member. What makes them a good team/group member? Identify a person who you feel is a bad team/group member.
