    Order Description   Part A To establish, promote and sustain a virtual learning system discuss the behavioral changes that will be required at the individual and group levels. Then discuss how this will beneficially impact at the organizational level. (Approx 2500 words-15 citations). Part B Discuss the perceptions and emotions experienced with the introduction and use of virtual learning systems, with knowledge transfer at its core objective, in organisations. Present at least 3 case examples of organstions that exemplify this dilemma in an innovative way. (Approx 1200 words-15 citations)
