The paper should demonstrate your ability to apply what you have learned to new research. The best papers will have a clear thesis about the neighborhood being studied that connects to all the evidence you have collected. The paper should not be just a list of observations but an argument about the causes and/or effects of the issues in the neighborhood.The expectation is that you will have 10-15 sources total including 10 written sources such as books, articles, newspaper stories.
