The strategic decision making process

Research one of the following institutions: Grand Canyon State University, Southern New Hampshire University, Babson College, Cooper Union, Berea College, Walden University (www.waldenu.edu). Using the topics below, students will then write a 5 page paper. Incorporate at least five academic and/or journalism articles that discuss the strategic decision making process and the risks that these institutions have made to differentiate themselves. Review the institution’s history, major environmental shift(s), new strategies implemented, and the current status of the institution. How does this institution differ from the traditional higher education model? Is this sustainable and a true advantage in the market? What factors influenced or necessitated the decisions?  I
