It is a group project where each week we focus on a specific area about Tranbuccal Cheek Vaccine.
Each week one of the group members should be the Project Manager, where his job is to divide the work among the group members (8 members) and then have a video at the end of the week to present.
Week 2: was a background and you can see the first attachment and how the work was divided.
Week 3: was about Problems Identified, you can see the second-seventh attachments, these are division of the work among the group members.
Week 4: was about Clinical Needs Statement and Needs Screening, you can see the 8th attachment which is Week 4 presentation, the work was divided into 3 statement, even though we are 8 but we divided the 8 members into 3 subgroups for working on 3 different statements.
Week 5: was about Chosen Clinical Need and Initial Market Segmentation, here we also divided the group into 3 subgroups, one worked on the Clinical Needs Filtering, the other worked on Gap Analysis, the third worked on Stakeholder Analysis, you can see the tenth-25th attachments.
Week 6: was about BrainStorming and gathering ideas (Initial concept development), you can see the 26th attachment and see how we divided the work again into 3 subgroups, one about Pressure device, the other one about Saliva removal, and the third one is about Penetration.
