The zero-sum game

An example of life as a zero sum game would be somebody who intentionally backstabs or slanders coworkers to the boss in order to rise in the ranks in their workplace. They don’t care how the actions or words negatively affect those around them, they will just do anything to get ahead. An example of life as the opposite of a zero sum game would be a sports team where all of the athletes build eachother up, give good constructive feedback to eachother, and genuinely want to help eachother be the best version of themselves so they can thrive as a group.
