1. Theology of Missions: What does the Bible say about the call to share the Gospel? (2 extra biblical sources; Cite Scripture (minimum 3- at least one from the OT.) - 2-3 pages 2. Introduce us to the People Group or Country of Focus (it can be an Unreached People Group or a Reached People Group that needs new evangelistic efforts) In the introduction, share all important information (economy, religion(s), geography, health/environmental concerns, cultural practices that would create a challenge for the gospel) 3. What is the History of Christianity in this region or people group? Be specific. 4. What is the current missionary presence? Be specific. 5. What are the challenges to Christianity in this area/within this group? What are specific challenges missionaries do face or will face? Consider all challenges: physical, emotional, health, environment, cultural, etc. 6. Develop a plan or approach for entering this particular mission field: what needs to be done? (what is being done?) 7. Write a reflection of how all this information impacts you. In looking at the biblical call, the need with this people group, all the missionary efforts (or lack thereof), all the challenges, what does it leave you thinking? feeling? believing? Write at least a page, and be specific.
