Read (skim through it) the Achebe's novel: "Things Fall Apart " To get started with this paper, is there a character with whom you identify or to whom you feel connected in some way? Think out this character's point of view and how you relate specifically to it. Briefly examine that characters place in the novel and in relation to what we have learned so far about literature (I'll provide my notes). Note that I am asking you to talk about "point of view". Think in terms of first person, third person, omniscient, etc All of these are addressed in my notes. When you state what point of view the wort uses, make sure you include specific examples from the story to illustrate this and don't be afraid to say whether or not a different point of view would have been more effective. Also, if you use quotes from the book, always explain what you think that quote is showing in relation to the point you are trying to make, ie, 'This quote demonstrates that…."
