Document briefly at the end of each day whether or not you were successful in challenging your tendency to procrastinate and whether your techniques were effective.
At the end of the two weeks, write a second 350-500 paper in Word in which you reflect on the following:
Do you feel like you have been successful in challenging your tendency to procrastinate? Why or why not?
What techniques were most effective, which were least effective? Why or why not?
To what extent will you continue to implement these plans moving forward?
