Learning Outcomes: At the end of the project, students should be able: • Task 1: To Understand why BPMN diagrams and illustrations are needed before starting and implementing any Business Project. • Task 2: To draw & illustrate the following BPMN process diagrams in full capacity using BIZAGI tool.  Perform the above-mentioned tasks by following all the steps required to properly draw the required diagrams.  Upload the diagrams on Blackboard.  Upload and Submit a pdf file containing the screenshots of all BPMN process diagrams as required. Individual Deliverables (Research & Documentation by individual members) Each group member should develop at least (1) one BPMN process diagram as given below. Question 1: Create a BPMN process Diagram showing how Google or other search engines work when a request is sent for searching something until the request is fulfilled. A client requests the price of a book from a book shop. The book shop is a reseller and has business relationships with a set of suppliers. Hence, the book shop requests the price from the suppliers. This request causes each supplier to calculate the price for the book in question. If the book is available at the supplier, its price is sent back to the book shop. Otherwise, a fault message is sent. Upon receipt of a fault message, fault handling is triggered, where the supplier data is updated. Thus, the book shop can collect statistical data or use the data in an improved process, in which the book shop does not request the supplier for the price of this book again. After having received an answer from all suppliers, the book shop checks whether any supplier has responded a price. If a price has been received, the book shop determines the cheapest supplier and sends the respective price to the client. Otherwise the supplier sends an error message to the client. Meanwhile, the client waits for the response of the book shop. After the client has received a response, the collaboration ends. Question 2: Create a BPMN Book shop choreograph process Diagram considering the requests from above scenario. Question 3: Amazon order fulfillment process describes the whole process of ordering an item from Amazon. The process diagram must include: the process from the (1) Credit Card company, (2) Customer’s, (3) Amazon’s and (4) Carrier’s perspective. The selection of a Nobel Prize Laureate is a lengthy and carefully executed Process. The processes slightly differ for each of the six prizes; the results are the same for each of the six categories. Following is the description for the Nobel Prize in Medicine. The main actors in the processes for Nomination, Selection and Accepting and Receiving the award are the: – Nobel Committee for Medicine – Nominators – Specially appointed experts – Nobel Assembly – Nobel Laureates Question 4: based on the above requirements draw a BPMN process diagram showing how the whole process is executed. Notes:  All above tasks should include proper screen shots of all steps performed with their explanations explaining how they are performed. Important: This is a team effort. All members must be fully informed about and involved in all aspects of the project plans. Individual members will be responsible for researching and documenting their specific tasks mentioned in the project. All outcomes must be shared and discussed and work on the project should be done on a collaborative basis. Final report with proper explanation and discussion of each task is what is expected individually. Deliverables Based on the above deliverables, you are required to: - a. Submit a softcopy of the document indicating each member’s task with screen shots and explanations on blackboard.
