areas and could be the subject of staff train" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing. You will need to justify your choice of areas, outlin" rel="nofollow">ine the
content to be delivered and provide practical advice for its implementation.
To be credible, it is important that your advice is based on factual in" rel="nofollow">information, expert opin" rel="nofollow">inion or research based
concepts and knowledge relevant to busin" rel="nofollow">iness communication.
For example, you may decide that havin" rel="nofollow">ing appropriate non-verbal communication is particularly important for
people who deal with clients, and that in" rel="nofollow">intercultural communication is important because the company has
many Chin" rel="nofollow">inese clients.
Bein" rel="nofollow">ing a short busin" rel="nofollow">iness report, it won't require all the elements of a long formal report, but should have a clear
in" rel="nofollow">introduction, in" rel="nofollow">information/analysis, conclusion and recommendations.
Your report must contain" rel="nofollow">in to a min" rel="nofollow">inimum of FIVE reference sources. Two of these must be academic
journal references sourced from the University's library resources (www.federation.edu.au/library). Other
appropriate references would in" rel="nofollow">include your textbook (Eunson) and other Busin" rel="nofollow">iness Communication textbooks. If
