Background
Total Quality Management (TQM) can be described to be a management
philosophy embracin" rel="nofollow">ing all activities, through which the needs and expectations
of the customer and the objectives, of the organisation are satisfied in" rel="nofollow">in the most
effective and efficient way. TQM is a holistic approach where all members of an
organization participate in" rel="nofollow">in improvin" rel="nofollow">ing processes, products, services, and the
culture in" rel="nofollow">in which they work. Benchmarkin" rel="nofollow">ing can be a useful tool to make
