Develop a training session for the customer service department.
Based on the recommendations below for training from my last assignment, design a training plan for BINZ, Inc.
Be sure to address overall training design as well as a preliminary lesson plan.

  1. One of the solutions that I would likely suggest is on hiring and training professionals in the customer care section. It would be prudent to state that the customer care desk is the critical point in any firm because it deals with the most basic unit of a firm (customers).
  2. Now, the role of the skilled professional will be to ensure that the customers are treated right in a way that they will still get back to the company for more services.
  3. Skilled professional would even create stories that will illuminate the conversion making it appear as a friendly call.
  4. It will then require that the hired professional work under a specified hour. The number of hours would then be divided on the number of employees at the available customer service.
    THE OTHER POSSIBLE SOLUTION 1. The other possible solution would outsource the entire customer care department. 2.it would mean that the company would have to find other people completely equidistant from the firm to work on the services and customer care. 3. The reason for taking these two solutions is to increase the performance of the firm. As a sales department, the firm would need to increase the sales, which means that the customer care service must be excellent.
