Traumatic Stress Disorder during veteran wars

  What are the comormid issues in war veterans diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and their recommended interventions? I have downloaded 1 dissertation which university gave us to use as guidance. For interventions are commonly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy,EMDR(eye movement desensitisation Reprocessing) therapy, Pharmaco Therapy(medications), Social Inclusion. In addition for Alcohol abuse there is Alcoholic Anonymous Group, Detox centres along with other therapy they mentioned. In USA treatment is private but everybody has insurance and in UK treatment is free by NHS also Ministry of Defence has loads of provision for army soldiers. Liturature reviews is based on 10 primary articles which I have downloaded. Also need minimum 65 references from books, literatures, NICE guidelines, RCN,NMC Code 2015,Department of Health,policies,models,frameworks.
