Unemployment by Industry

Some industries have higher unemployment or higher unemployment rates than others. Here is a table from the Bureau of Labor Statistics giving unemployment numbers and rates (Links to an external site.) by broad industries.

In which industry are you interested in finding employment? (If you don't know, pick one anyway) Is the rate of unemployment in that industry in the most recent period higher or lower than the national average? Does seeing this information make you more or less interested in employment in that industry?
