Vaginosis

The following post has two assinments namely;

1.Vaginosis

Pathogenesis 1. Select a pathogen of interest (it must be a prokaryote and not a eukaryote). How does it get inside its host? What mechanisms does it use to evade the immune system? 2. Choose a tool commonly used by pathogens (toxins, type III secretion systems, attachment factors) and study it. What do we know, and what more do we need to know about it? 3. How might communities of microorganisms cause disease? How can we determine whether it is the community or just one species? How can we treat a community in order to stop disease?

2.Robotics- Extracurricular activities
