Value Management Agenda

  Design a detailed 1 or 2 day VM study agenda to be undertaken by the project team, advising when in the project life cycle the study should be undertaken. This needs to identify all the key stakeholders that will be required to participate in the study. For each stage of the job plan, explain both the study activities to be undertaken and the expected outcome.
