Introduction: Hi there! In today's presentation, I'd like to discuss an innovative idea that I believe could be used to facilitate change in organizations. It is a concept known as Design Thinking, and it can be used to help organizations adapt quickly and effectively to new ideas and trends.
Design Thinking: Design Thinking is a creative problem-solving process involving a series of steps that are designed to lead teams or individuals towards a solution for their problem. The steps include: empathizing with the user by understanding the people you are trying to solve the problem for; focusing on defining what needs to be solved; ideating solutions through brainstorming; prototyping those solutions in order to test them out; and finally testing the prototypes with real users in order for feedback. This process allows for iterative development of ideas which ultimately leads us closer towards our end goal.
