Order Description Develop a Critique of the film by including the following questions: 1. Summarize your reaction to the Everest attempt. Discuss how it captures critical decisionmaking, leadership, team work and tiered leadership, and leadership style. Identify at least six observations about leadership and teamwork based on this event. 2. What key leadership decisions most affected the outcome of the Everest attempt? Why? 3. Why do you think the followers didn’t question their leaders about the turnaround time, up to after the 2pm time frame? 4. What was the critical situation that changed the leadership style and what style of leadership was used in this situation? What are the limitations and advantages of this form of leadership? 5. Describe the Team learning process and how it failed in this situation. The breakdown, where did it begin. Describe how leaders influence the shaping of perceptions and beliefs within a Team; and the over-confidence of those in the leadership roles. 6. Describe why it may be necessary to employ collaborative leadership in a business environment. Explain a particular circumstance when it may be important to do so. How might a strong leader encourage collaborative leadership and draw out the strengths of the team members? What does it mean when preparedness isn’t enough? 7. In hindsight, what would you change about the leadership, teamwork, and decision-making if you were to attempt Everest? Cite from the readings, film, and other resources to include a minimum of 5 legitimate references in addition to the  film.
