Write a paper in which you explain what whistleblowing is and the conditions that whistleblowing must meet in order to qualify as whistleblowing. You should consult the essay by Sissela Bok in your Ethics across the Professions, but do not spend time quoting from the essay. Use your own words in developing your essay. Then explain why Edward Snowden is or is not a whistleblower and the same for Reality Winner. Use Wikipedia to help you get information here, and again use your own words and not those of any source in developing your ideas. Lastly, answer the question whether the Challenger disaster required whistleblowing. What conflicts might have been at play in the Challenger disaster to cause an absence of whistleblowing?
