Why is science always changing?

Take the role of a dietitian who advises cardiac heart patientson healthy foods to eat. You have been on this job for 10 years. Today, you are advising your client about needed changes to her diet regarding fats. The advice you are giving to your client today, contradicts information and diet structure you presented 10 years ago. Your client is getting upset and states, “why is science always changing, a few years ago we were told it was healthy to eat this food and today you are telling me it is not healthy to eat! Do scientists know what they are doing?”How would you respond to this client
