In addition, based on your observations from Module 1 subjective assignment, (win" rel="nofollow">indshield survey and key in" rel="nofollow">informants) provide Morbidity, Mortality (M&M) and risk data for the health problems you identified in" rel="nofollow">in your community, and gather comparative data from the local, city, county, state and national levels specific to those health issues.
